Locked elements

For some use cases it is necessary to exclude certain base cells from being changed by the splashing operation. This is done by locking elements in the request.

Cells with the coordinates of those elements will retain their values. Currently, only the Cube Splashing XML function supports this feature. Further explanations and an example can be found there.
