External weighted delta
This allocation mode is similar to
External weighted
but the target area
is also taken into account. The difference between the current value in the target cell and the sent value is distributed
to the base cells according to the values in the source area. That is, the target cell
contains the sent value after the operation which is different from Mixed
delta
.
