Importing a cube from a file

You can import cell values or cell notes to a cube from a .csv file.

Note: Only .csv files are supported. The decimal separator used must be either dot or comma. By default, the maximum size of file that can be uploaded to the Infor cloud is 128 MB and 4 GB for on premises.

Typically, you import from a file generated by the Cube Export (File) feature.

Select Dashboards > OLAP > Edit Database.
In the Database Structure widget, select the database into which to import.
Click the Cubes node in the Database Structure widget to display a tile for each cube in the database.
Click the Import Cube (File) icon on the tile of the cube into which to import.
Select the .csv to import.
Specify this information:

Delimiter

Select the same delimiter as is used the import file.

Import

Select whether to import cell values or cell notes.
Click Import.
