Setting up the metadata and structure transfer

This section describes the one-time setup process for initiating the Infor d/EPM Planning OLAP database with metadata and structure transfer from Infor Financials.

  1. In Infor Ming.le, select BI FSM from the App Menu.
  2. Select Dashboards > CSF to d/EPM Integration > Metadata and Structure Transfer.
  3. Leave the User Name and Password boxes empty. This information is obtained from the data connection.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Test. You must get a successful connection before continuing.
  6. Under Financial Setup, click START.
  7. Under Metadata Configuration, click INITIATE to transfer the metadata.
  8. Complete one of these steps:
    • If successful, click Next.
    • If there are errors, click Error Message to troubleshoot the issue. Then click Retry.
  9. Click Confirm, then Next.
  10. Under Structure, click INITIATE to populate the mapped dimensions.
  11. Complete one of these steps:
    • If successful, click Next.
    • If there are errors, click Error Message to troubleshoot the issue. Then click Retry.
  12. Click Finish.
