Creating the data connection

You must manually create a data connection within the Infor Financials application.
  1. In Infor Ming.le, select d/EPM Administration from the App Menu.
  2. Select Dashboards > Applications Administration > Data Connections.
  3. From the Application list, select Financial & Supply Management Analytics.
  4. Click Add and select Infor d/EPM OLAP.
  5. Click the General tab.
  6. Specify these values:
    Field Value
    Name DEPM
    Unique Name DEPM
    Description DEPM application
  7. Click the Connection tab.
  8. From the Data Connection list, select d/EPM. The Data Connection box is populated with d/EPM Business Application -> d/EPM. This indicates that a pointer will be created to a data connection in Infor d/EPM business applications.
  9. Click the Usage tab.
  10. Select the Show in Application Engine check box.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Click the Connection tab.
  13. Click Test Connection.
