Weight in the Accounts business object
The OLAP logic depends on using weights in the Accounts business objects. Individual accounts must have a weight of +1. If accounts have a weight of -1, then configuration cubes do not work because configuration flags are read from consolidated elements (-1+1=0!). Using accounts with a weight of -1 may cause errors and incorrect calculations.
In Infor d/EPM, accounts can be flagged with an account type, for example, R (revenue).
Note: We recommend that you use a weight of 0 for
statistical accounts and measures.
