Specifying manual or automatic calculation of formulas

By default, formulas in reports are re-calculated automatically. When you are designing large reports, particularly reports with many formulas, this can be inconvenient. You can use <F9> to recalculate manually.

  1. Select Extras > Settings .
  2. Click General.
  3. Select Calculate automatically or Calculate manually (F9).
