Importing a report book definition

A .books file contains the definition of a report book but not its reports.

  1. Select the Report Books folder in the report catalog.
  2. Select File > Export/Import > Import Books (.books)
  3. Browse to the .books file to import and click Open.

    If an object in the import already exists, you have these options: Import object with new name, Overwrite object, Keep current object.
