Name Manager dialog box

Edit > Name Manager.

You can create named ranges in the Name Manager dialog box, or specify a name in the combo box at the top left of the spreadsheet.

To edit or delete a name, or to change how conflicts with style sheets are handled, you must use the Name Manager dialog box.
