List Designer

To display the list designer, select View > Right-docked panes.

To populate the list designer, click a list in the Database Structure or a report object, such as a combo box, that is linked to a server list.

In the list designer, you can perform these actions:

• Select the list elements in the Structure Selection and Filter panes.
• Sort the list elements in the Sorting pane.
• Select the attributes that are displayed in the report in the Attributes pane.
• Select further options for the list in the Advanced pane.

To open a pane, click its title. To disable a filter, a sort, or an attribute selection without deleting its definition, clear the Enabled check box. You can also enable and disable filters and sorts individually.
