report templates

Enable Application Studio users to create more complex reports than they might be able to on their own. A report template specifies the data structure of a report rather than its visual appearance - but can be used with style sheets. Report templates are not based on a single data source. They use variables throughout. The variables are presented in the Report Wizard as report parameters for which users supply values.
