Export report action

Exports a report in one of several formats.

You can export to these formats:

  • PDF
  • Excel Workbook (.xlsx): The report and its formulas are exported to Excel.
  • Excel Workbook, values only (.xlsx): Only the values of the report are exported to Excel.
  • MS PowerPoint (*.pptx)
  • Images (*.png or *.jpg)

You can specify the file extension of the export file. When the action is triggered, you can open or save the file.

Note: The export to HTML option is no longer supported. Reports that were created in an earlier version and which use the export to HTML option are exported to PDF.
