Multiple output cells in hyperblocks

When you drag a list from the Database Structure onto the worksheet, it creates a hyperblock with one key output cell and one value cell. If the list is a relational list, the hyperblock displays only the first column of data.

You can display further columns of data by creating multiple output cells.

  1. Create a hyperblock and expand it by one cell for each additional column of data to display.
  2. Open the Format Hyperblock dialog.
    In the Hyperblock cells section, the key output cell is indicated by a key icon, and has the value Caption.
  3. Click New.
    A further key output cell is created with the value Caption.
  4. Click Caption on the new cell and select the column of data to display.
  5. Add further key output cells as required.
