Checking reports in and out

To edit an object such as a report, you must check it out. Application Studio supports long-term checkout. That is, you can check out, edit, and save a report without making your changes visible to other users.

When development and testing are complete, check in the reports to make them available to others.

Objects that are checked out to you are indicated by a check mark. Objects that are checked out to other users are indicated by a cross.
