Deleting processes

You can delete all or selected Application Engine processes from the application database of the farm to which you are connected. You cannot delete protected processes or processes that are included in others.

  1. Select Repository > Delete or click Delete on the toolbar.
    The Select Process dialog shows a list of processes and indicates which are protected.
  2. Optionally, to filter the available processes, select a category from the drop-down list or select * to display all available processes.
  3. Optionally, to search for a specific process, specify its name in the Process Name field.
  4. By default, all versions of the process are marked to be deleted. To cancel the selection, click Deselect All. To select only specific processes, select the check boxes of the processes to delete.
  5. Optionally, select the Delete the latest version of selected processes only check box, to delete the latest process versions.
  6. Select the processes to delete.
    These details of the process are shown in the Selected Process Information field:
    • Description: Shows the description of the selected process.
    • Return Value: Shows the description of the return value.
    • Parameters: Shows the description of the parameters with name, type, and description.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the process.
