Creating and editing FTE actions

You can use the Employee Roster page to create or modify an FTE action.

  1. Click the Home button.
  2. Select Module Settings and Budgeting > Data Entry > Employee Roster.
  3. Select the employee.
  4. Click View FTE.
  5. Specify the start date and the new FTE value and click Create Action.
  6. To change the FTE value for an existing action, click the value column and edit the corresponding FTE value.
    For multiple FTE actions, the value with the latest start date is displayed in the Employee Roster page. For monthly or annual positions, you can edit the latest value for the FTE action directly in the Employee Roster page.
  7. Click Calculate to recalculate the Employee Roster page.
  8. If one or more allocations are enabled, click Run allocation.
