Global toolbar icons

This table shows global toolbar buttons, icons, and options that you can use to interact with the data grid in Ad-hoc Report:
Option Description
Export icon Export the page to a file such as .xls, .pdf, or .ppt.
Export to Excel icon Export the page to a Microsoft Excel .xls file.
Actions icon Add and manage actions for jumping to the Application Studio report.
Format icon Create and manage formats and styles.
Data icon Edit data definition of the ad-hoc report.
Horizontal vertical icon Switch dimensions between rows and columns axis. The element and structure selections are transferred with the dimension.
Suppress zero rows icon Enable zero suppression on rows and columns. Any row or column that contains only zero values is hidden. If the row or column contains at least one non-zero value, the zero values in that row or column are still shown.
Undo arrow icon Revert recent report definition or cell style changes made when building the report. This icon is enabled when the history of the report changes is not empty. The action has the capacity of 16 records. The history of changes in the report definition is retained until you sign out or refresh the browser.
Redo arrow icon Reapply a change that was previously undone to revert recent changes in the report. This icon is enabled when the history of undone changes is not empty. The action has the capacity of 16 records. Any modification to the report definition clears the Redo history. The history of changes in the report definition is retained until you sign out or refresh the browser.
