Managing the properties of RAC and MDAC cubes on the Properties tab

  1. Select Dashboards > Data Integrations > OLAP Modeling.
  2. Select the model.
  3. In the navigation tree, expand the Cubes node and click a RAC or MDAC cube for which to manage cell-level permissions.
  4. On the Properties tab, perform one or more of these actions for an advanced MDAC cube or a RAC cube:
    • Modify a caption or description, or both.
    • Enable or disable the transaction log or Changelog, or both.
    • If a default permission value is different from the global database setting for the default permission in multidimensional access cubes, select one of these options in the Default Permission field:
      • None
      • Read
      • Write
    • Enable or disable the Use Data Table option. When enabled, select one of the available permissions tables or click Create New to create a table.
  5. Click Save.
