Note: Data Subject Requests allow individuals to access and verify their personal data, supporting transparency and compliance with regulations such as the GDPR.

This is the process for handling Data Subject Requests in OLAP:

  1. Identify all cubes and dimensions containing personal data.
  2. Use search and export features to retrieve relevant data.
  3. Anonymize or delete data as required by regulations.
    1. Check that anonymization scripts or processes are correctly configured.
    2. Verify that all relevant cubes and dimensions are included.
    3. Review logs for errors during the anonymization process.
  4. Document the request and actions taken.
