Required toggles per EPM functionality
Each Infor EPM GenAI functionality requires a specific combination of CSSP feature toggles, CSSP applications, and in some cases internal Infor EPM toggles.
Contact Infor Support if you are unsure what to activate, or why certain CSSP features or applications are not available.
Note: The GENAI application must be enabled in all cases. It is required to create, test, and manage prompts, agents, and tools.
Note: For the Ad-hoc report generation and AskOLAP, enabling contact Infor Support toggles alone is not sufficient. The corresponding Infor EPM agent definitions must also be imported into the tenant. See Setting up GenAI agents for setup instructions.
