Overview of EPM GenAI

Infor EPM provides several options for working with Large Language Models (LLMs) through Infor GenAI capabilities.

These options include embedded AI features within standard EPM applications, the GenAI Assistant, and the ability to build custom GenAI-enabled solutions using Infor Services or Infor Partner implementations.

Infor EPM is based on the Infor GenAI platform and currently integrates these GenAI feature types, each with distinct activation and enablement requirements:

GenAI Embedded Experience: AI functionality embedded directly within Infor EPM user interfaces. For example, AI-generated report summaries in Infor Financial Consolidation and Financial Reporting, and prompt-driven functions in Application Engine that can be incorporated into standard or custom Infor EPM applications.
GenAI Assistant: A conversational AI interface that provides agent-based functionality for Infor EPM. For example, interaction with Ad-hoc Report reports, the Financial Reporting agent (AskOLAP) for querying Infor EPM models, and custom agents support designed to address customer-specific business use cases.
