CSSP GenAI features

To configure GenAI in CSSP, these feature types are relevant: GenAI Embedded Experience and GenAI Assistant.

This table shows how to use these feature types to configure GenAI in CSSP:

GenAI Embedded Experience is available for all Infor customers after enrollment through the account manager and must be explicitly enabled with the CSSP toggle (General Opt-In).

GenAI Assistant is available through the Early Adopter program (Limited Availability). Work with your Infor account manager to confirm eligibility and complete approval. Once approved, the feature is provisioned to the selected tenant and becomes available in CSSP.

Note: The CSSP features the GenAI Private Knowledge Hub. Currently, the GenAI Public Knowledge Hub is not used by Infor EPM and is outside the scope of this document.
