CSSP configuration for GenAI Assistant

These tasks explain how to enable the GenAI Assistant and the Knowledge Hub functionalities.

Enabling all GenAI features for all tenants

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. On the Features Availability page, click the Suite Features tab.
  3. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling all GenAI features for a specific tenant

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling selected features

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Under GenAI Assistant, locate the GENAI and Portal options. To enable the features, select the check box.
  5. Click Save.
