CSSP configuration for GenAI Assistant
The tasks in the topic explain how to enable the GenAI Assistant and the Knowledge Hub functionality.
Enabling all GenAI features for all tenants
- In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select from the side menu.
- On the Features Availability page, click the Suite Features tab.
- From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
- Click the button in line with the Feature Type list.

- From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
- From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
- Under GenAI Assistant, locate GENAI and Portal options. Enable the features by selecting the check box.
