CSSP configuration for GenAI Embedded Experience

You must have the Admin role in CSSP to enable features. By default, your company administrators who are listed in Infor Concierge have the Admin role granted in CSSP.

Enabling all GenAI features for all tenants

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  4. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  5. Click Save.

Enabling all GenAI features for a specific tenant

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling selected features

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Under GenAI Embedded Experience, locate the rows for the GENAI and the BI options. Enable the features by selecting the check box.
    When you enable the GENAI application, the LLM Passthrough APIs and Prompt Catalog functionality are also enabled. Both are required for GenAI Embedded Experience to operate correctly.
  5. Click Save.

Available features

With the GenAI Embedded Experience feature, these features are enabled for GenAI:

  • Prompt Catalog
  • LLM Passthrough APIs

With the feature of GenAI Embedded Experience BI suite, the generation of GenAI-based report summaries is enabled in Financial Consolidation and Financial Reporting.
