Applications in CSSP

For GenAI Embedded Experience and GenAI Assistant, you must select in CSSP which application the capability applies to.
This table show the applications relevant for Infor EPM:

GENAI Infor GenAI platform It is required for all GenAI capabilities.

It enables Prompt Playground, Chat, Factory, and System Configuration.

It must always be enabled.
BI Infor EPM It is required for:
  • Financial Consolidation
  • Financial Reporting
  • custom applications
  • Application Engine prompts
  • Ad-hoc Chat
  • Application Engine with EPM agents
Portal Infor OS Portal It is required for the Side Panel GenAI Assistant Chat, AskOLAP, and custom agents in chat.
