Prerequisites

Before you can start configuring GenAI features in Infor EPM, ensure that these prerequisites are met:

Infor EPM must be deployed in the multi-tenant cloud environment. GenAI features are not supported for on-premises installations.
GenAI must be available for the tenant. If it's not available, customers must contact their Infor account manager to initiate the required process.
Access to the CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP) is required, along with the ConfigAdmin role to enable GenAI-related features.
Certain advanced GenAI scenarios require additional Infor EPM feature toggles to be enabled.
For agent-based capabilities (Ad-hoc Report generation, AskOLAP, custom agents), the corresponding Infor EPM agent definitions must be imported into the tenant. See Setting up GenAI agents for instructions.
Users have required permissions to use Infor GenAI with appropriate Infor OS Security roles.
