Prerequisites

Before you start configuring GenAI features in Infor EPM, ensure that you meet these prerequisites:
  • Infor EPM is deployed in the multi-tenant cloud environment. GenAI features are not supported for on-premises installations.
  • GenAI is available for the tenant. Otherwise, contact your Infor account manager to initiate the required process.
  • Access rights toCloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP) are granted. You must also have the ConfigAdmin role to enable GenAI-related features.
  • Certain advanced GenAI scenariosrequire additional Infor EPM feature toggles to be enabled.
  • For agent-based capabilities such as Ad-hoc Report generation, AskOLAP, and custom agents, the corresponding Infor EPM agent definitions are imported into the tenant.
