Setting up GenAI agents

  1. Enable theCSSP feature toggles.
Enable the required GenAI features in CSSP.
  2. Obtain agent definition files.

Agent definition files are provided as downloadable .zip packages through the Early Adopter (EA) community. The EA community is a closed group that is available to Infor and GenAIAssistant customers.

Contact your Infor account representative or Infor EPM support team to obtain access to the EA community and the agent definition files.

  3. To import agent definitions, perform these steps:.
    1. In Infor OS Portal, open the GenAI application.
    2. From the side menu, select Tool Factory > Agents.
    3. Click Import.
    4. Select the agent definition .zip file and follow the import instructions.
    5. Repeat steps c and d for each agent to enable.
      These agents are available:
      • EPM-Adhoc-Self-Service-Agent
      • EPM-Office-Integration-Agent
      • EPM-Ask-Olap-Agent
    6. Verify that imported agents are set to Enabled in the agents list.
  4. Verify the setup.

After you import the agents, verify whether the GenAI features work correctly:

    • For Ad-hoc agents: Open a Web Ad-hoc report or Office Integration session and test a natural language prompt, for example, Show revenue by region.
    • For AskOLAP: Open the GenAI Assistant side panel in Infor OS Portal and ask a question about your OLAP data, for example, What databases are available?.

Note: AI features require both imported agent definitions and enabled CSSP feature toggles.
