Managing agents in Tool Factory

Tool Factory in the GenAI application provides the administration interface for managing agents.

Perform these steps to access Tool Factory:

  1. In Infor OS Portal, open the GenAI application.
  2. In the side menu, expand Tool Factory and select Agents.

The Agents list shows all configured agents with their name, description, last updated date, tool association count, and status (enabled or disabled). Each agent can be enabled or disabled individually. Only enabled agents are available to users.

To add a new agent, click + Add.

To import an agent definition, click Import.
