Managing agents in Tool Factory

Tool Factory in the GenAI application provides an administration interface for managing agents.

The Agents list shows all configured agents, including their names, descriptions, the last updated date, tool association count, and statuses (enabled or disabled). You can enable or disable each agent individually. Only enabled agents are available to users.

Perform these steps to access Tool Factory:

  1. In Infor OS Portal, open the GenAI application.
  2. In the side menu, select Tool Factory > Agents.
  3. To add a new agent, click Add.
  4. To import an agent definition, click Import.
