DOMAIN_GL_REP cube dimensions
Both, standard applications and Ad-hoc Report use the DOMAIN_GL_REP cube.
However, in the Ad-hoc Report you can select perspectives filtered or driven by the XPADCONFIGSET or GLDENTITY context dimensions.
Tip: For the XPADCONFIGSET context dimension, the SET_001 value is fixed. Therefore only the entities (including Subtotals and Total) act as drivers. The cube stores valid filtered combinations with a value of 1, including aggregated cells.
For the perspective selection, this cube contains:
- The Perspective dimension with the used perspectives in the context as the measure dimension.
- The specific context dimensions: XPADCONFIGSET and GLDENTITY.
- The Domain_System dimension that consists of the numeric Applicable and Configuration base element.
Within the Domain cube, perspectives can be assigned to a specific entity, to all entities, or to other configured subtotals.
For more information, see Perspectives.
This table shows the DOMAIN_GL_REP cube dimensions:
| Name | Caption | Description |
|---|---|---|
| DOMAIN_GL_REP_Perspectives | Perspectives for Financial Reporting | All configured perspectives in Relational Modeling or Default Perspective plus Enterprise Perspective for All Entities |
| XPADCONFIGSET | Configuration Sets | Configuration management dimension used as a bracket for different used structures or alternate hierarchies in a business object.
Currently the SET_001 fixed element is used. Not configurable in Business Modeling. |
| GLDENTITY | Entities | Entity hierarchy. |
| Domain_System | Domain_System | System Dimension for Domain cube. Currently only Applicable element is used for filtering the Perspectives. |
