Perspectives

In complex data cubes such as GLCMAIN, identifying context-meaningful hierarchy combinations across dimensions can be challenging. This also applies to dimensions such as GLDACCOUNT with multiple account structures. Complexity increases when large, multi-dimensional data cubes and alternate hierarchies are used for different structures, such as Fiscal Calendar hierarchies in XPADTIME.

Perspectives address this challenge by grouping hierarchies into meaningful combinations and providing virtual views and cubes for APIs and users.
