Troubleshooting

This section describes common issues and how to correct them.

Missing accounts

Ensure that accounts and group accounts are correctly configured in Business Modeling.

Verify mapping relationships and parent-child assignments in Business Modeling.

Define custom properties on business objects, such as Accounts, to ensure they are displayed.

Verify the KPIs Active status and property settings.

Verify the fiscal calendar settings by checking the entity's fiscal calendar property configuration.

For issues with data mapping or missing elements, contact your system administrator.

Check if the report context or a dashboard restricts selection.

For write-backs, ensure you select the correct base element or N.A. if a unit of measure is not in use.

Ensure the system is updated to the latest version. For example, the latest changes are published with Business Modeling.

Check the customized perspective configuration.

Review your data mapping to ensure each cash flow item is assigned to the correct element.

Check your language settings and verify that translations are available for all required elements.

Ensure the calculation is correct for the Calculated Metric type, such as for ratios or percentages.
