Missing accounts

Solution: Ensure that accounts and group accounts are correctly configured in Business Modeling.

Solution: Verify mapping relationships and parent-child assignments in Business Modeling.

Solution: Define custom properties of business objects, such as Accounts, to ensure that the custom properties are displayed.

Solution: Verify if a KPIs has an Active status and the KPI's property settings.

Solution: Verify the fiscal calendar settings by verifying the property configuration of the entity's fiscal calendar.

Solution: For issues with data mapping or missing elements, contact your system administrator.

Solution: Verify whether the report context or a dashboard restricts selection.

Solution: For writebacks, ensure that you select the correct base or N.A. element if a unit of measure is not in use.

Solution: Ensure that the system is updated to the latest version. For example, the latest changes are published in Business Modeling.
