Homepage charts

You can view homepage charts on the Financial Reporting Home page.

To configure homepage charts, select Configuration and click the Homepage Charts tab.

To add a chart to the Financial Reporting Home page, select a chart from the list, click the drag and drop icon, and move the chart to the board, or select the checkbox on the chart. A maximum of six charts can be displayed on the Financial Reporting Home page.

To remove the chart or change the chart position, click Settings on the chart and select Remove Chart or the required position.

Global and user-based homepage charts configuration

On the Homepage Charts tab, you can select either a global Default (for all users) or Private option. Homepage charts settings depend on your role and the selected option.

GL Modeler role capabilities

When you select the Default (for all users) option, these scenarios happen:

  • A GL Modeler can adjust homepage charts.
  • A GL Modeler can drag and drop each homepage chart.
  • The configuration applies to all users who select Default (for all users) or sign in for the first time.
  • Each change in the homepage charts is saved immediately.
  • The Default (for all users) option is active on the homepage. Selected options are applied immediately.

When you select the Private option, these scenarios happen:

  • A GL Modeler can adjust homepage charts.
  • A GL Modeler can drag and drop each homepage chart.
  • These adjustments are saved as a user‑specific configuration. Therefore, when a GL Modeler adjusts homepage charts, the changes are stored for that specific user only.
  • Each change to homepage charts is saved immediately.
  • The Private option is active on the homepage. Selected options are applied immediately.
