Financial Reporting integration to Infor Document Management
This topic describes how to upload report templates to Infor Document Management to enable statutory printouts in Financial Reporting.
Statutory printouts are available for these reports:
- Aggregated Financial Statement
- Comparative Financial Statement
- Income Statement – Budget versus Actual
- Statement of Capital Expenditures
- Summary of Trial Balance
- Cash Flow Manual Adjustment
- Cash Flow Statement
Before enabling statutory printouts, you must meet these requirements:
- You must have access to the option in Infor Document Management. To enable access, the member of the Infor Document Management Administrator IFS role must upload the Financial_Reporting_IDM_Configuration_XX.XX.XX.xml file.
- Service accounts for Infor EPM Backend Service and Infor Document Management are configured in EPM Administration.
- The Financial_Reporting_IDM_Configuration_XX.XX.XX.xml file is imported.
Creating an IFS service account
- In the navigation menu in Infor OS, select .
- Expand the Options pane and select .
- Click .
- Specify a description of the service account.
- Select a user name from the list.
- On the OAuth2 Scope tab, click .
- Select the Infor‑IDM check box.
- Click .
- Click .
- Download the service account credentials.
Configuring the EPM service account
- In the navigation menu in Infor OS, select .
- Select .
- Click .
- Specify a name, for example, EPM Backend Service.
- Select Backend Service as the type.
- Specify a description and click .
- To download the .ionapi file, scroll down and click .
- In EPM Administration, select .
- Click .
- In the Add Service Account dialog box, select the downloaded .ionapi file.
- Click .
- Ensure that the service account is displayed on the Service Accounts page.

- In Infor Document Management, click
- In the Administration pane, select .
- Click the Import tab.
- In the file upload field, select the Financial_Reporting_IDM_Configuration_XX.XX.XX.xml file that is attached to the Knowledge Base Article article KB3658318.
- Click .
Storing a Financial Reporting report in Infor Document Management
- In Financial Reporting, select the report to export.
- Click and select .
- In the Store to IDM dialog box, select the custom folder that you created in Infor Document Management.
- Click .
- To access the exported report, open Infor Document Management and select or search for your custom folder by document type in the Search Document Management field.
