User report settings
You can define report settings that apply to all reports for your user.
Configuring the records display format
You can define how records in the context selection are displayed in Financial Reporting. You can choose to view the record element with the ID or name, or both. This setting is user-specific and applies globally across Financial Reporting and C-Suite.
- Select and click the User Report Settings tab.
- In the Records display format table, select the Name only, ID only, or ID - Name check box.
Configuring the negative numbers display
You can define how negative numbers are displayed in Financial Reporting. This setting is user-specific and applies globally across Financial Reporting and C-Suite.
- Select and click the User Report Settings tab.
- In the Negative number format table, select the Minus or Parentheses check box.
