Using logical operators

Use and and or operators to combine and build a tree structure of multiple filtering criteria.

You can perform these actions with logical operators:

  • Switch from the and to or operator and vice versa.
  • Move items across the tree structure. Use arrows or drag and drop items.
  • Fix tree structure errors. Click Fix it now in the notification banner. The structure is fixed automatically.
  • Negate filtering criteria. Apply the not operator to a single filtering criterion.
  • Enable or disable all filtering criteria. Click the Enabled option.

When you select a filter criterion and click the three-dot icon, you can perform these actions on the criterion:

  • Edit
  • Apply the not operator
  • Delete the criterion from the tree structure
