KPI

The KPI integration table manages the assignment of objectives to KPIs.

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a quantifiable metric that measures progress toward an objective.

An objective is a specific and measurable goal that is defined for a set time frame and used to guide performance measurement.

KPI business object is used only by Financial Reporting application.

This table shows the properties of the KPI business object and uses these abbreviations:

  • BP: Budgeting & Planning
  • CO: Financial Consolidation
  • FR: Financial Reporting
  • WB: Workforce Budgeting
  • R: Required
  • U: Used but optional

BusinessObject External ID of these business objects:
  • Account business object.

    Unique account ID of a base account that uses the Basic Metric (B) or Statistical No Rollup (S) account type in the Account business object.

  • Group Account business object.

    Unique group account ID of a base group account that uses the Statistical No Rollup (S) account type in the Group Account business object.

  • Calculated Metric business object.

    Unique calculated metric ID in the Calculated Metric business object.

  • KPI Account Group business object.

    Unique KPI account group ID of the parent or base KPI account group in the KPI Account Group business object.

  • Account: Account business object.
  • Group Account: Group Account business object.
  • KPI Account Group: KPI Account Group business object.
  • Calculated Metric: Calculated Metric business object.

Active Indicates whether the KPI is enabled. These values are allowed:
  • 1: An enabled KPI.
  • 0 or no value: A disabled KPI.
