Export profiles in Label Management

Export profiles are customizable configuration templates that define what is exported from Infor EPM.

You can create, edit, and remove export profiles in the Label Management > Export profiles tab.

The Export profiles tab consists of a list of export profiles and the applications assigned to them.

Note: You can assign one application to the export profile. The same application can be assigned to different profiles.

Creating export profiles

You can create an export profile in these ways:

In the Export Application wizard, click Save profile during the application export process.
Go to Applications > Label Management > Export profiles and click Add.
Note: To assign the application to the newly created export profile, click Assign.

All changes performed during labeling and exporting are not tracked. We recommend keeping the labeling and the export processes close to each other to avoid discrepancies.

Managing export profiles

Click the three-dot icon next to the export file to open the More actions menu.

The More actions menu contains these options:

Export now: Starts the export process without opening the Export Application wizard.
Export preview: Opens the Export Application wizard on the last step. You can start the export, verify or modify the export profile.
Edit: Opens a pop-up window to edit the name and description of the export profile.
Delete: Removes the export profile.
