Entity statements
Select and then select one of these reports:
- Entity Balance Sheet: A combined view of the Entity Assets and Entity Liabilities reports.
- Entity Assets
- Entity Liabilities
- Entity Income Statement
In the entity statement reports, you can view an entity's account data within a specified context. In the Level field, we recommend that you select Adjusted Entity Data as the default top element.
By right-clicking a value in the report, you can select these options:

Provides details about the source of a cell value such as a cube name, coordinates, and whether the cell is rule-calculated, entered, or aggregated. You can switch between captions and their technical names by clicking and selecting the appropriate option. By clicking , you can view and then copy the displayed value source information.

Shows the appropriate Account Analysis report.

Opens a web ad-hoc report with the selected account. The report inherits the context of the entity statement report and its settings such as a zero suppression, inverted hierarchy, or filters.
Note: You must have the Use Ad-hoc permission granted to view a web ad-hoc report from a statement report.See "Granting access to a web ad-hoc report from a statement report".

Provides options to analyze an account by these dimensions based on the account's assigned properties:
- Intercompanies
- Schedule Details
- Primary Segments
- Secondary Segments
- Tertiary Segments
- Adjustment Levels
In the Drill Down Analysis dialog box, you can right-click a value in the analysis grid and select an analysis by another dimension. The available selection is based on the account's assigned properties. Right-clicking a value and selecting another analysis in the currently displayed analysis grid automatically adds the current analysis to the Drill History grid and changes the view for the selected analysis. You can come back to any analysis that is displayed in the Drill History grid by clicking a value in that grid.
