Managing status indicators
The grid displays these indicators:
- Orange asterisk: The row contains unsaved changes.
- Triangular marker: The cell contains a modified value.
- Red circle with an exclamation mark: The row contains a validation error, such as an empty or duplicate element name.
- Click to save all new elements and relationships. Saving clears the dirty flags and status indicators.
- Click to remove all unsaved child elements and revert pending element conversions.
Note: The system prevents changes that would make an element its own ancestor. If the system detects a circular reference, a dialog lists the conflicting references.
