Accessories pane
You can use the Accessories pane search bar to search Accessories pane categories.
Click in the Accessories pane toolbar to start a search.
Specify a search term in the search bar, and press Enter. The search finds matching objects from all Accessories pane categories:
- Global Variables
- Report Variables
- Report Objects
- Slices
Use the Scope list to control the search criteria:
- All. The default option. Matches captions, unique names, and values.
- Name. Matches internal identifiers.
- Value. Matches object definition content, such as XML content in custom lists.
Search results appear in a flat list. Each result shows the path, caption, and unique name.
Click a result to select the object and view the object properties.
When you close the search bar, the tree view is displayed. The tree view scrolls automatically to the selected object.
