Creating a workspace from an application

Creates a copy of the default application. A list of applications that allows workspace copies is displayed. This foundation uses the default entry point for the application.

This option copies all widgets from the application.

  1. In the Infor OS Portal select Navigation menu > Workspaces > Add a Workspace > New Workspace.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Specify a name of your workspace and select Application as your workspace foundation.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select an application and click Continue. Only the applications that you can create workspaces from are available.
  6. Select an icon for your workspace and click Create.
  7. You can take one of these actions:
    • Add insight group
    • Add widgets to the insight group
    • Remove widgets
    • Resize widgets
    • Rearrange widgets
  8. Click Save.
