Troubleshooting
This list shows how to troubleshoot some issues when you manage the properties of a cube:
- If a selected cube is missing, the icon is displayed. Ensure that the cube exists and you can access it.
- If a selected cube is incompatible, the icon is displayed. Ensure that the dimensions of the selected cube match the dimensions of the current data cube.
- If you encounter a validation error, ensure that the specified information complies with the input validation rules, such as unique names, character limits, and avoiding restricted characters.
- To prevent data loss and clear any dirty indicators, always save your modifications.
- You cannot assign a RAC cube to another RAC cube or an MDAC cube to another MDAC cube.
