Adding dashboard servers

To add dashboard servers to your dashboard server list, adding custom servers must not be restricted in the Mobile Device Manager.

  1. Tap SETTINGS on the sign-in screen.
  2. Tap Server.
  3. Tap the Add Server icon.
  4. Select the server type.
    1. To connect to a company server, specify the dashboard server name and URL.
    2. To connect to the server that uses the Infor Cloud, read the details from a QR code or open a configuration file.
      Use the configuration file with the .ionapi extension.
  5. Tap Add Server.
