In the Group Balance Sheet, Group Assets, Group Liabilities, and Group Income Statement reports, you can view consolidated financial data for each group account in a selected group currency.

You can use the Group Balance Sheet Analysis, Group Assets Analysis, Group Liabilities Analysis, and Group Income Statement Analysis reports to verify entity balances at the group level.

In the analysis reports, you can filter by an entity or multiple entities to show the aggregation of values for only the selected entities. All entities that belong to the selected group are selected by default. You can remove the unnecessary entities from the view. If you change the group in the context, the entities to select also change.

By right-clicking a value in the report, you can select these options:

  • Cell Information

Provides details about the source of a cell value such as a cube name, coordinates, and whether the cell is rule-calculated, entered, or aggregated. You can switch between captions and their technical names by clicking View and selecting the appropriate option. By clicking View Source, you can view and then copy the displayed value source information.

This option is not available in the Group Balance Sheet Analysis, Group Assets Analysis, Group Liabilities Analysis, and Group Income Statement Analysis reports.

  • Account Analysis

Shows the appropriate Account Analysis report.

  • Analysis by

Provides options to analyze an account by these dimensions based on the account's assigned properties:

    • Entities

If an entity acts as a subgroup dummy entity, you can drill down further at the Subgroup Entity level in the Drill Down Analysis dialog box.

    • Intercompanies
    • Schedule Details
    • Primary Segments
    • Secondary Segments
    • Tertiary Segments
    • Adjustment Levels

In the Drill Down Analysis dialog box, you can right-click a value in the analysis grid and select an analysis by another dimension. The available selection is based on the account's assigned properties. Right-clicking a value and selecting another analysis in the currently displayed analysis grid automatically adds the current analysis to the Drill History grid and changes the view for the selected analysis. You can come back to any analysis that is displayed in the Drill History grid by clicking a value in that grid.

This option is not available in the Group Balance Sheet Analysis, Group Assets Analysis, Group Liabilities Analysis, and Group Income Statement Analysis reports.

Currently, for the Group Balance Sheet and Group Income Statement reports, you can generate a GenAI-based report summary. To generate a report summary, click AI Summary on a report's page and select one of the available prompts. A summary is created based on the selected prompt and displayed in a separate dialog box.
