Removing expand and collapse states for hierarchies
In your ad-hoc report, use this function to restore hierarchies in your report to
their initial states based on your hierarchy selections. You can restore hierarchies in
columns, rows, or both. Any expand and collapse states that you have manually applied to
hierarchies are removed.
To use the function, click the icon for columns, rows, or both. The setting is applied after you click .
Note: The setting does not affect the defined report structure and
hierarchies that have been expanded by selecting elements in the elements panel.
The setting does not work for the report in the break hierarchy mode. However, if you change to a financial or standard mode, the report is reverted to its initial state based on the element and structure selections.
