Objective List
The Objective List field shows all objectives linked to the selected strategy. Each objective includes these elements:
- Name: For example, Enhance Efficiency & Profitability
- Status Indicator: These indicators are available:
- Green icon: Favorable % Difference in the leading KVI.
- Red icon: Unfavorable % Difference in the leading KVI.
- Light gray icon: Zero % Difference in the leading KVI.
- Dark gray icon: The leading KVI is a neutral metric, or its business effect has not been defined.
Note: If the KVI is missing, the status indicator is derived from the first KPI.The difference is based on the percentage difference (Δ%) between the Reporting Period and the Comparison Period fields.
Objectives are sorted by performance. An objective with the worst percentage difference, based on the first KVI or KPI, is displayed first. This ensures that the most critical issues are displayed at the top of the list. Objectives that refer to neutral metrics are displayed at the bottom of the list.
This table shows an example of objectives ordered by performance.
