| Data grid |
By default, data is displayed for all entities. You can change the dimensions with the Analyze By function or by selecting a specific entity from the hierarchy in the Filter panel. You can analyze only one dimension at a time. These metrics are displayed in the data grid:
- Metric name: Name of the KPI, KVI or driver ordered in metric groups. You can expand or collapse this metric.
- Type: Metric classification, for example, KPI, KVI, or a driver.
- Reporting period: Value for the selected month, for example, May 2025 or May 2025 YTD.
Note: Switching between the periodical and YTD view affects values in the Comparison Period column.
In the periodical view, the value includes only the selected month.
In the YTD view, the value includes all data from the beginning of the calendar or fiscal year through the end of the selected month.
- Comparison period: Value for the month that precedes the reporting period, for example, April 2025 or April 2025 YTD.
Note: Switching between the periodical and YTD view affects values in the Reporting Period column.

- Δ (Difference): Difference between the reporting and comparison periods. The column is empty for the percentage value.
- Δ% (Difference %): Percentage difference between the reporting and comparison periods.
- Counterpart of the reporting period: Counterpart value to the selected view.
If the periodical view is selected, the YTD values are displayed.
If the YTD view is selected, the selected month values are displayed.
