Solution Ensure that the Metrics are assigned to the selected objective in the Business Modeling tool.

The Metrics Overview Report does not allow modifications to the default scaling logic

Cause The scaling logic in the Metrics Overview Report is directly inherited from the C-Suite and is automatically applied based on the magnitude of each metric value. Scaling is applied individually to each row, meaning that metrics such as Revenue and Operating Profit are scaled independently to enhance readability. This ensures that all users view metrics in a standardized and clear format, minimizing potential confusion caused by inconsistent scaling across reports.

Solution You can not change or override the scaling behavior in the Metrics Overview Report.

Solution Ensure that the comparison version is selected in Application context. Also ensure that the chart setting is enabled for the lollipop chart.
