The C-Suite Dashboard is an interface designed for executive roles, especially Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), to present a comprehensive, real-time view of organizational performance. Users with the CFO role are automatically directed to the dashboard upon login.

The C-Suite Dashboard supports strategic oversight. Data presented in the C-Suite Dashboard supports the implementation of these tasks:

  • Comparing financial performance
  • Monitoring the business health
  • Accessing the real-time strategic objectives, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), KVIs (Key Value Indicators) and metrics
  • Identifying risks and opportunities through color cues and trend analysis
  • Collaborating and making decisions seamlessly
  • Drilling down from high-level objectives to granular drivers and accounts
  • Customizing views and exploring data using different business dimensions

  • Strategy & Objective: Shows strategic pillars and associated objectives with performance indicators.
  • Metrics Table: Lists KPIs and metrics tied to the selected objective with expandable hierarchy levels and Year-To-Date (YTD) or periodical views.
  • Trend & Projection: Offers historical and forecast views of metrics over selected periods.
  • Top & Bottom Analysis: Highlights top-performing and under-performing entities or other business objects based on selected metrics.
