Fiscal Calendar Mapping

The Fiscal Calendar Mapping integration table is used to assign fiscal calendars to entities. You can assign multiple fiscal calendars to an entity. If an entity has no fiscal calendar assigned, the regular calendar is used for the entity. The business data from the table is used only in Financial Reporting.

This table shows the properties of the Fiscal Calendar Mapping table and uses these abbreviations:

  • BP: Budgeting & Planning
  • CO: Financial Consolidation
  • FR: Financial Reporting
  • WB: Workforce Budgeting
  • R: Required
  • U: Used but optional

Calendar Name of the predefined fiscal calendar.

  • SY02: February of the same year
  • SY03: March of the same year
  • SY04: April of the same year
  • SY05: May of the same year
  • SY06: June of the same year
  • SY07: July of the same year
  • SY08: August of the same year
  • SY09: September of the same year
  • SY10: October of the same year
  • SY11: November of the same year
  • SY12: December of the same year
  • PY02: February of the previous year
  • PY03: March of the previous year
  • PY04: April of the previous year
  • PY05: May of the previous year
  • PY06: June of the previous year
  • PY07: July of the previous year
  • PY08: August of the previous year
  • PY09: September of the previous year
  • PY10: October of the previous year
  • PY11: November of the previous year
  • PY12: December of the previous year
